or working with us in whatever capacity. I am particularly grateful for
the ongoing support from the Management and Councillors of Dublin
City Council, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, South Dublin
County Council and Fingal County Council, our public safety partners,
and the different operational divisions within the various councils, we
are extremely grateful and we really value that support.
Since its inception in 1862, DFB has had a proud tradition of providing
excellent service to the community and as Chief Fire Officer I am
proud of the commitment shown by all those involved in delivering
the quality service. Our greatest asset is our workforce and I wish to
acknowledge the dedication, hard work and professionalism from all
our staff without which we could not have provided the service the
public have come to expect.
I believe we are well placed to meet the challenges and I look forward
to continuing to serve our community in the upcoming year and on
behalf of the men and women of the Dublin Fire Brigade, I am happy
to present you with our 2023 Annual Report.
