Business Ethics Dealings with business partners are characterized by
fairness
• No rewards or benefits in violation of applicable
laws or reasonable and generally accepted business
practice
Secure protection of business information
• Organized caution towards partners and suppliers
• Respect for intellectual property rights and
safeguarding of customer information
Suppliers are expected to hold their own Suppliers to the
same standards outlined in this CoC.
• Failure to constantly comply with this CoC may
result in termination of the Supplier relationship.
This CoC is subject to periodic review and revision
and reporting is required.
