Child Labour

              Forced, compulsory or child labour is not
              tolerated

                   • Suppliers shall not employ children or
                      work with partners who do so. A “child” is
                      anyone younger than the legal minimum
                      age for workers where the work takes
                      place, as long as the legal age meets the
                      International Labour Organization’s
                      minimum working ages.

                   • Minimum age of employment is followed
                      by the Finnish legislation 'Act on Young
                      Workers' (19.11.1993/998)

                   • Children are not employed for hazardous
                      work or work inconsistent with personal
                      development
