Since women’s perspectives and ideas are
indispensable for enriching and diversifying the tech -4 % 15 %

THE YEAR IN BRIEF
In 2024, we strengthened our global position by REVENUE 2020-2024
doubling our operations in the USA, expanding our
presence in Germany, and establishing a new base 3,421 3,296
in Slovakia. We launched a new “Tomorrow Report”
– our recurring report that examines the Swedish 3,075
public’s views on digitalisation and new technologi-
es. This year’s edition focuses on cyber security. 2,280
On the topic of digital security, we introduced a 1,847
new initiative this year, “Näringsvärnet”, modelled on
the Swedish Home Guard, to enhance digital securi-
ty. It is a collaborative project run in partnership with
committed business leaders within Swedish industry,
focusing on measures to strengthen Sweden’s digital
defence and ensure that critical societal functions,
from hospitals to banks, have the best possible
conditions to operate under digital threats or crisis
situations.
For legal reasons, we have renamed our Polish
operations Holisticon, which is now an additional
brand within the Nexer Group, active in both
Germany and Poland.
