1. Company description

Danir AB (hereinafter “Danir”) is the parent company of an entrepreneur-driven business group owned by the
Dan Olofsson family. Our operations consist primarily of consulting companies focused on supporting their
customers in areas such as digitalisation and electrification, thereby contributing to sustainable societal devel-
opment. Danir operates in 25 countries and has approximately 11,600 employees.

Danir consists primarily of four platforms with consulting operations, which consist of Sigma, Nexer, A
Society and Pion Group. The first three are included in the GHG inventory, but not Pion Group because Pion
Group is listed on OMX Nasdaq Stockholm and thus operates without coordination with Danir. Also includ-
ed are the companies/company groups Aptio, Infotech, Mikz and United Influencers, which are also largely
owned by Danir. Finally, the owner company Danir AB and NocNoc are also included in the GHG inventory.
Data has been collected for 4,385 employees in Sweden.
