Peel and chop the fruits. Puree all the ingredients with a blender.
Enjoy cold and fresh.

HEMP MILK WITH TURMERIC AND GINGER

Hemp milk gives you the Omegas of the day. Turmeric and gin-
ger are suitable with hemp to strengthen the immune system and
refresh. Turmeric also gives the drink a beautiful colour.

Recipe for making a small test batch:

100 g hempseeds
3 dl water
a small piece of fresh ginger
1 tsp turmeric / a piece of fresh turmeric
1 tbsp running honey or agave syrup

Soak hemp seeds in water overnight. Puree very finely with all
the ingredients in a blender. Strain through a dense sieve. Bottle
and serve cold.
