Our environmental and quality work:

We continuously work on educating our staff internally on environmental and sustainability issues to increase awareness of how we can
work more efficiently and thereby also communicate our approach and actions externally.Through increased knowledge and understanding
among our employees, we can pass on this knowledge in interactions with customers, partners, and other stakeholders. We also see the
positive aspect of marketing initiatives within our sustainability efforts in the hope of inspiring other companies to take action for more
efficient sustainability work.

Moving forward, we will focus on expanding opportunities for more fossil-free transportation, both within our organization and with our
partners, as well as on how to efficiently consolidate deliveries to reduce the number of instances of emissions and negative environmental
impact. As a tool for our continuous improvement efforts, we utilize our standardized quality and environmental management system.
Through certification and regular audits, both external and internal, we are able to improve our operations and thus meet the expectations
of our stakeholders. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications issued by Qvalify AB.

By being transparent about our operations and frameworks, we can identify areas for improvement where increased knowledge and
understanding can enhance our work, both internally and externally. We are also working on developing the company's overarching
process map.
