• Progress regarding energy consumption and CO" emissions
• Extended sustainability reporting (expanding from scope 1 and 2 also include parts of
scope 3).
• Reduced energy usage as the Stockholm office has moved to smaller premises,
decreased our air travel and opted for trains more frequently, increased number of digital
client meetents contributing to reduced travel.
• Sustainability strategy with selected focus areas forms basis for driving improvement
measures and enables clear communication of our sustainability efforts.
"We have selected 5 of the 17 goals developed by the UN's Sustainable Development Goal 2030. We
focus on the areas where we believe we can have the greatest impact based on our position in the
industry. We are receptive and continuously educate ourselves on environmental and sustainability
issues. We may update and expand our focus areas in the future."
