Our vision and objectives:

• EIE Maskin ABs visions and goals are to adhere to and fulfill good working conditions, human rights, reduced emissions, lower
energy consumption, and lower resource usage. We strive for increased awareness and knowledge about our sustainability efforts, both
internally and externally to our partners.

• Indutrade AB has established a Code of Conduct and has a strategic framework summarizing focus areas for sustainable development based
on a materiality analysis. Indutrade works towards overarching goals in the following areas: people, environment, products and customers, and
has defined associated milestones and key performance indicators that are annually monitored.

• Our primary focus areas based on the UN Global Goals are:
± Climate action

– Working conditions
– Good health and well-being
– Consumption and production
– Responsible industry and innovation

• Our work team has developed materials for customer surveys divided into three main categories:
– Sustainability
– Marketing and communication
– Sales department and customer experiences
