Industry Development Fund, the “Safer TMA EMPLOYEES, FTE
Shutdowns During Roadworks” project uses advan-
ced technology to enhance safety for road workers 1,288 +3%
and motorists. By integrating radar, cameras, and
real-time data analysis, we aim to reduce accidents. 2024 1,288
AXIS radars and cameras on TMA vehicles enable 2023 1,247
real-time monitoring of traffic and safety breaches.
The project received Vinnova funding in late 2024 ANNUAL GROWTH R ATE
for its potential to significantly improve safety.

The 2024 market was challenging for most of our
customers, following a period of stagnation that CAGR organic,
began in 2023. This resulted in a flat and hesitant 2019-2024
market with limited growth opportunities. We adap-

We entered the public sector, enhancing our 1,407
range in digital solutions, embedded systems, cloud, 1,011
and IoT. This included launching two new companies
and acquiring an IT company in Kosovo to offer
competitive pricing. As always, our close coopera-
tion with Sigma Software remains a cornerstone of
our service portfolio.
Our commitment wasn’t just about broadening
our reach; we sharpened our focus on in-house
digital products in 2023 and have successfully
continued this journey in 2024. By year-end, our FTE
employees, including Sigma Software Ukraine, total-
led over 3,100, excluding subcontractors. We were
also recognised as one of Sweden’s top employers
and best-managed companies.
