      THE YEAR IN BRIEF

      Not only have we increased our results and turn-                                                     376
      over, but we have also expanded our operations by                             301
      establishing new departments and subsidiaries. Our      220
      two youngest subsidiaries, Evolution and Power
      & Energy, started during the last few years, are
      showing positive trends and are growing. Addit-
      ionally, we have expanded our existing operations
      with two new mechanical departments, one in Lund
      and one in Helsingborg/Halmstad.

          Through these expansions, we are creating new
      opportunities both geographically and within new
      and existing areas of the market. Together with our
      nearly 400 employees in Lund, Malmö, Jönköping,
      Växjö, Helsingborg, Halmstad, Hässleholm, and
      Karlskrona, we are ready to continue our journey!
