Group, a conflict of interest may arise, for example, if the contract is concluded with a party who is a
family member or otherwise close to a Group employee involved.

We always report potential and actual conflict of interest to our own supervisor and to Human
Resources. We also notify our supervisor of any secondary occupations or personal business
activities in advance. This way the employer can assess whether the work is detrimental to the
primary duties of the employee or whether it is a case of a prohibited secondary occupation falling
under non-compete clauses.

Confidentiality of Customer and personal data

Protecting Customer and personal data and privacy is essential to all our operations. We comply
with applicable data protection legislation in all processing of personal data. Personal data refers to
information based on which an individual can be identified. The processing of personal data of an
employee, a Customer, a Supplier, or other parties in connection with the Group’s operations must
always be lawful, fair, and transparent to the party affected. In addition, personal data must be
processed in accordance with the relevant company policies, regulations, and legislation.

Social Media and Professional Identity

As social media has become more widespread. The boundary between personal and professional
identities has become increasingly indistinct. When you share content in the public domain,
whether on your own personal social media or representing a business, it’s crucial to recognize
that you are a representative of the organization.

Here are key points to consider:

Dual Representation: When posting on social media make sure it is clear whether
you are expressing your personal views or whether you are representing the
                 company.

Impact of Online Presence: Understand that your online presence can impact both
your personal and professional life. Engaging on social media as an individual
advocate is encouraged, but guidelines should be in place to mitigate risks to the
                 organization, clients, and employees.

Corporate Reputation: Employees should be mindful of the company’s reputation
when posting on its behalf. However, it’s not just the official company account that
needs monitoring—your personal social media conduct also plays a role.

Remember in the digital age what you share online can reverberate far beyond your
                 immediate circle.
