6. Environmental responsibility

Our objective is to preserve a safe and clean environment for present and future generations. We
regularly monitor, follow up, and report on our environmental performance to assess our
sustainability efforts. We adhere to all legal and international environmental protection standards at
a minimum.
We must meet or exceed the minimum legal requirements for waste management and the handling
of hazardous and dangerous materials. We use finite resources responsibly and carefully, and we
report any use of conflict minerals. We support and promote innovative developments and changes
in procedures that reduce the environmental impact of our activities.
We support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges when suitable alternatives are
available. We encourage the development and dissemination of environmentally friendly
technologies when they can create synergy effects, both within the company and externally. At
Hedengren Group, we evaluate our Suppliers based on their environmental performance and build
relationships with those who share our environmentally friendly mindset. We consider ourselves a
progressive and sustainable organization with high aspirations for sustainable development.

7. Safety of Products and Quality

At Hedengren Group, we are committed to providing our Customers with safe, reliable, and high-
quality products and services. Our top priority is the safety of our Customers, and we strive to
ensure that they can trust in the reliability and quality. Customer satisfaction is the foundation of
our sustainable business success, and we work hard to maintain their trust and promote their
safety and satisfaction. All Hedengren Group employees are dedicated to upholding the highest
standards of product and service quality.

8. Sustainable Supply Chain

We only work with reliable business partners who respect the environment and people, comply
with all applicable laws, and are committed to ethical and responsible business.

We also require that our partners and Suppliers act in accordance with this CoC or other similar
responsible and ethical principles.

Compliance with Laws: Suppliers must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
in their operating countries, even if our CoC sets a higher standard.
