P. 9

Respect for Human Rights: Suppliers must uphold internationally recognised Human Rights and
ensure they are not complicit in any abuses.

Environmental Stewardship: Suppliers must strive to minimize their environmental impact,
comply with environmental laws, implement sustainable practices, manage waste responsibly, and
use resources judiciously. They should also support environmentally friendly technologies and
practices.

Conflict Materials: We will use our best efforts in identifying Suppliers, products and processes
impacted by the Conflict Mineral regulation. Suppliers must exercise due diligence on the source
and chain of custody of minerals in their products, ensuring they do not directly or indirectly
finance, or benefit armed groups through mining or mineral trading in conflict regions. They should
disclose their use of conflict minerals and take steps to source these minerals from responsible
and conflict-free sources.

Product Safety and Quality: Suppliers must ensure the safety, reliability, and high quality of their
products and services. They should prioritise Customer satisfaction and maintain the trust of
Customers.

Supply Chain Responsibility: Suppliers are expected to hold their own Suppliers to the same
standards outlined in this CoC. Failure to constantly comply with this CoC may result in termination
of the Supplier relationship. This CoC is subject to periodic review and revision and reporting is
required.

9. Reporting of misconduct

We ask for advice and report suspected violations

It is up to each of us to ensure compliance with this CoC and to promote its implementation.
Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that this CoC is complied with in their own team.
Management is responsible for creating an open and encouraging working environment in which
employees feel they can raise their concerns and seek advice.

When we are unsure, we stop and think.
If you are not sure what to do in a particular situation, ask yourself the following questions:

✓ Is the act or activity in accordance with our CoC and our Group’s guidelines?
✓ Is the act or activity legal?
✓ Am I happy with the decision or action?
✓ Would I be happy to tell my supervisor about my decision or action?
✓ Would others think my decision or action was correct, if they read about it in the news or

           on social media?

If the answer to any of the questions above is ‘No’, ask for advice or report it!

                                                                                                                                  9
