PROPERTY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS The property maintenance section

During 2024 the Online Property maintenance request system was
upgraded and integrated into the new Citi-Desk platform. This • Over 850

section secured additional resources to support the upgraded
processes.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE IN 2024

Working with DCC energy reduction policies, DFB are still in line
to meet the energy reduction targets set out although there was
a slight increase in the energy use in 2024, you will see from the
graphic below the energy use in 2024.
