    Fruit baskets
Sigma Industry East North’s offices in Stockholm and Linköping buy an average of 0.05 kg of fruit per person
and week, which is applied to the number of employees at Danir at the same frequency and size. According to
Mat-klimat-listan [Food-climate list] (Röös, 2012), the climate footprint of imported fruit with peel is about 0.6
kg CO2-eq per kg of fruit. The climate impact of purchased fruit amounts to 6,596 kg CO2-eq.

    Staff coffee breaks
For staff coffee breaks, the emissions per employee and year were based on purchases for staff coffee breaks
at one of the Danir Group’s offices in Linköping, i.e. the same as in 2021, as the purchases were similar to those
for an office in Stockholm. The category includes tea, oat milk, crispbread, cheese and butter with the emission
factors from Mat-klimat-listan (Röös, 2012) and Oatly (Oatly, 2021). For 2022, staff coffee breaks gave rise to
    2,461 kg CO2-eq.

    Coffee
The average Swede drinks a total of 0.022 kg of coffee per person and day (Beans in Cup, 2022). On average,
coffee generates greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to 3 kg CO2-eq per kg of coffee (Röös, 2012), resulting in
estimated emissions of about 39,342 kg CO2-eq for the reporting period.

    Office supplies
Office supplies, including copy paper and notepads, are assumed to be used to a limited extent and purchased by
the companies only when needed. It is estimated to constitute a negligible part of Danir’s climate impact and has
therefore been excluded from the GHG inventory.

    4.3.1.2 Electronics
The model, quantity, emission factor and sources related to electronics purchases are presented in Table 2.
It has been assumed that all laptops, mobile phones and headphones purchased in 2022 are of the same mod-
el, although employees have some freedom of choice in the selection of mobile phones and headphones. Since
there is a price ceiling for the products, they are assumed to be purchased in the same price range, which
supports the simplification of using only one model.
