RAINBOW TROUT AND TERIYAKI VEGETABLES                             Supplement of plant protein palette:

Toast the hempseeds lightly on the pan. Crush the seaweed
mat into small flakes. Blend the ingredients and marinate the
fish pieces in the refrigerator for 30 – 45 minutes.

Teriyaki vegetables:
broccoli
zucchini
common mushrooms
carrots
peppers
spring onions
sprouts for decorating

Fry the vegetables in a wok with a drop of oil. Flavour with the
teriyaki sauce and finish up with roasted, salted hempseeds
and sprouts.
