various industries in southern Sweden. Working with 2023

In South Africa, we are involved in supporting 16%
schools and in a citrus fruit cultivation project in an
area that once had a thriving fruit farming industry CAGR organic,
before being exploited for mining. 2018-2023

Through the initiative Femmegineering by Sigma, REVENUE 2019-2023 MSEK
we aim to inspire the next generation of female
engineers. We have held evenings on the theme of 1 858
female role models and workshops on how we can
be better role models ourselves. 1 622

We have enjoyed very strong results, increasing both
earnings and turnover by approximately 20 per cent. 1 011 949

oped very well. We currently have some 400 employ-
ees at our offices in Lund, Malmö, Jönköping, Växjö,
