    Despite the world situation, 2022 has been a               18%

       In March we acquired Telescope Services, a Swedish                                1,847
    company that recruits international IT engineers with
    a high level of education and long experience, and with         1,663
    expertise that is in great demand among Nordic com-
    panies. And in December, we expanded our presence        1,494
    in North America through the acquisition of US-based
    Rangeline Solutions, a provider of ERP solutions for     2018   2019                 2020   2021   2022
    the manufacturing and shipping process.

       During the year, we also invested in new areas of
    expertise and expanded our tech offerings to include
    IT, R&D and engineering. We can proudly report that
    we have grown by over 30% and we currently have a
    turnover of SEK 3 billion. The growth target for 2025
    is to reach SEK 5 billion in sales. And we are already
    well on our way to achieving that goal.
